“新能源材料化学与功能器件”课题组(负责人:欧阳俊教授)


欧阳俊,56net亚洲必嬴化工学院教授,“新能源材料化学与功能器件”科研团队负责人,教育部新世纪优秀人才,山东省“惠才卡”专家和省级领军人才。2010.04- 2019.12期间在山东大学材料学院任教授和博士生导师。目前担任中国硅酸盐学会特种陶瓷分会理事和山东硅酸盐学会电子陶瓷专家委员会常务委员,Journal of Advanced Ceramics期刊编委,曾担任中国真空科学与技术学报理事,山东省清华校友会副秘书长。联系方式:ouyangjun@qlu.edu.cn


主要研究方向包括:(1)钙钛矿铁电、压电和介电陶瓷,及其薄膜、低维材料和原型器件的设计、制备和表征;(2)与半导体硅技术和柔性电子兼容的中低温薄膜材料制备和集成技术,包括室温镀膜技术;(3)高储能密度电介质材料; 4)多场调控功能氧化物材料的催化、光(电)催化和光电化学作用机理及应用;(5)光电、光热、防护和耐磨涂层的制备。


Nature Communications, Advanced Energy MaterialsEnergy Storage Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, npj Computational Materials, Acta Materialia, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Scripta Materialia等国际期刊上发表SCI论文近100, 组织2次国际学术会议,在国际会议上做大会主题报告和分会邀请报告近20次,并多次担任国际学术会议分会主席。主编英文学术专著一本“Nanostructures in Ferroelectric Films for Energy Applications”2019.06Elsevier),获专利授权8项含国际专利1项,获中国硅酸盐学会2018年度特种陶瓷学术奖。主持和参与国内外科研项目30余项, 包括多项国家自然科学基金项目(主持)和省部级科研课题。
